Vendor liability insurance is required for all vendors.

Your certificate must name “Surrey Urban Farmers Market Association” and “City of Surrey” as additional insured.

Please submit insurance certificate with your application but if you don't have it yet, it must be submitted minimum of 1 week prior to your market date.

Equipment Request

We recommend that you bring a standard 10'x10' tent (with 25lb secured weights per leg) and whatever tables and booth setup that you need but we do have limited equipment available to loan.

Community Groups / Non‑profits:
If you need to borrow equipment, please select the items you require AND check the Community Group / Non‑profit box.  We’ll review your request and confirm what we’re able to provide.

*** Select umbrellas are allowed with pre-approval by the Market Manager.

Poor tent quality and/or appearance is a concern and can be refused on-site.  If you are unsure that your tent is in good enough condition, please contact the Market Manager well before your market date to discuss options.

Equipment is booked on a first‑come, first approved basis. Availability will be confirmed once your application and market dates are approved.

Equipment rentals and loan items are limited.
