The tent and table is sponsored by our market. We have a very limited equipment loan program for a tent (10' x 10') & table (6') ** We have on-site washrooms and lots of on-site parking but we do not have electricity or running water available into the market area. MARKET TIMES Vendor set-up is between 8:30am and 9:15am and your booth must be ready by 9:45am. However, sometimes when you are there can be flexible, just have a conversation with the Market Manager to set that up (ie: you might need to arrive later or leave earlier etc.) The market opens to the public at 10am and ends at 3pm. Vendors are not allowed to take-down their booth until 3pm. MARKET LOCATION We are in the Royal Kwantlen Park in the parking lot at the corner of 104th avenue and Old Yale Road in Surrey BC. Please talk with the market manager to arrange drop-in days if that is what you need for when your produce is ready to harvest. We know mother nature is fickle with timing so it can be challenging to plan ahead and know when you will attend. We also know that most backyard gardeners are just bringing their surplus produce and sometimes its a surprise when you have it and you just need to get over to the market that morning to sell the extras and that is okay!
