Thank you for applying to the Surrey Urban Farmers Market.

If you are a paying vendor:

If you already paid through Stripe, no further action is needed and we will begin reviewing your application.

If you chose e‑transfer, please send your application fee to:
info (at) surreymarket (dot) org

Once payment is received, we will being to review your application.

If you are a Community Group or Non‑Profit:

No application fee required. You will receive an email to confirm approval, dates requested and confirmation about equipment loan availability.

If you are an Entertainer:

No application fee required. Our team will contact you and confirm the available dates we have open and ask that you reply right away to confirm availability for the performance dates we offer.

Please note: Entertainer dates fill quickly.
The dates you request in the application may not be available when we review your application.
We will offer you the dates still open.

Next Steps

  • We review your application.
  • We email you if we need more information.
  • Approved paying vendors receive an invoice with approved dates and equipment.
  • Your dates are secured once your invoice is paid.
  • Community Groups/Non‑Profits: dates and available equipment will be confirmed via email.
  • If you do not hear from us within a week, send us a follow up email to check your status.
