Mobile food vendors (food trucks/carts/trailers) are a popular attraction at farmer’s markets. The City of Surrey requires that you are approved as a vendor to join our market in your application with them.
The following items are required to operate your food truck at festivals and events held on City land:
- Permit to Operate from the Fraser Health Authority
- WorkSafeBC
- Fire Safety Inspection
- Electrical Permit
- Gas Approval Requirements
- Insurance Coverage
- Surrey Business Licence
