Recipe: B.C. Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups frozen B.C. strawberries or raspberries
1 cup B.C. apple juice
1 cup plain B.C. full-fat yogurt
2 tbsp B.C. honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Measure all ingredients into a blender, and purée 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
