2025 Applications are accepted on an on-going basis throughout the season; yet, target intake months are January/February & March. If you do not hear from us within 7 days of applying, please send an email.
Please give yourself some time to fill in this application as you can’t save your progress and come back later to finish your application. Make sure to add as much detail as possible, and include any relevant forms, photos and documents requested. If you are unable to add requested information make sure to email us. Helpful Tip: keep digital notes with your answers in case you get interrupted while applying.
Our application is now hosted on the MarketSpread website. You need to create an account if you don’t already have one with them in order to apply to the market. There is NO FEE to create an account with MarketSpread. It is FREE. You do not have to sign up for any monthly plans and you DO NOT have to put a credit card on file, choose “skip” when asked to put your card on file if you do not want to as our primary method of payment is e-transfer.
We are a proud member of British Columbia Association of Farmers Markets (BCAFM). All products must be made, baked, grown, raised, caught or foraged in BC by the vendor. This is required for eligibility for sale in our market.
