Returning Vendors: Priority is given to our returning 2024 vendors until January 31, 2025.

Applications are accepted on an on-going basis throughout the season; yet, target intake months are January/February & March. If you do not hear from us within 7 days of applying, please send an email. Inquire at vendors at surreymarket.org.
Please give yourself some time to fill in this application. You can’t save your progress and come back later to finish your application. Make sure to share as much detail as possible, and include any relevant forms and pieces of information. We recommend that you keep a word document of your answers. This is important in case you get interrupted and have to restart your application.
We are a proud member of British Columbia Association of Farmers Markets (BCAFM). All products must be made, baked, grown, raised, caught or foraged in BC by the vendor. This is required for eligibility for sale in our market.
We’re delighted to share that Ollie will be joining us again this season as our market manager. Ollie’s enthusiasm and dedication have made him a favourite among our community.
Before opening day, we’re excited to host a special event on June 7th in partnership with the Environmental Extravaganza. This event will celebrate community groups, agriculture and select vendors who are dedicated to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. This provides a fantastic opportunity for growers to sell seedlings. It’s a separate event with its own registration, opening soon, and approved vendors can join for free. We are seeking vendors with a strong focus on agriculture and the environment, who can offer educational or activity workshops.
We have migrated our application software. The application link will direct you to the MarketSpread website. You need to create your vendor account there. Then apply to our application.
Being involved in your community not only benefits others but also enriches your own life.
It’s a chance to make a positive impact and build meaningful connections.
